fullness of the experience
is greater than the
security of my armour.”

Creating REAL safety — whether for ourselves or others around us — goes beyond simply “avoiding physical harm.” It shows up as feeling secure; having control over details of our lives; and being able to make choices for ourselves. It’s rooted in a balance of trust, communication, and boundaries.
At its core, safety is about power: having a mindset and action toolbox that supports building communication bridges —and safe, negotiated contexts — for both ourselves and others. To amplify everything from trust to love to creativity to healing, knowing how to generate safety is one of the most important skills we can grow and/or have.
Bottom line: the safer we feel, the easier it becomes to heal. Being able to generate safe contexts and circumstances — for ourselves and others, wherever we are — is at the root of a sovereignty that can give us more pragmatic wellness, power, and success across our lives.
